Reiki and Chakra alignment

Sometimes we need a deeper, gentler way to re-energize  our wellbeing. There can be energy blockages or leaks caused by our past or present. It could  be trauma, a childhood or past experience, the weight of expectations on our already busy lives or just how life has shaped you to be where you are now. These can appear in different symptoms- it may be a physical ache or pain, fear, anxiety, feeling irritable, or even a harmful behaviour or pattern. With Reiki, you can help your system to heal any of these issues. The healing itself helps you to clear some of the energy blockages and mend some of the energy leaks.

The power of Reiki is that your own energy system  will continue to restore itself even after the healing session. Chakras are energy centres in our body, and for our systems to work optimally these energy centres need to be in alignment.

I will help you to realign your energy centres using Reiki, as well as crystals and some hands on energy healing and pressure point therapy. I will also provide you with some techniques to practise at home, so you can continue to work on overcoming whatever is holding you back!
